NVM is looking for a Project Manager for the construction of a Data Center in Chile. They must have experience managing projects with budgets exceeding USD 500 million, as well as demonstrate a proven track record of successfully delivering Data Center projects on time and within budget, consistently meeting strict quality and performance standards. A solid understanding of data center infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, is required.
Perfil deseado
The Project Manager shall hold a Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, and possess a minimum of fifteen years of experience managing complex, large-scale construction projects. Of these, at least eight years must be specifically focused on data center construction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is required
